The Royal Leopold Lodge No1669 A London Masonic Lodge under MetGL & UGLE

Lodge Meetings

The Royal Leopold Lodge meets four times a year at Mark Masons Hall in St James's Street, London, from November through to July. We are in many respects a winter Lodge as there are no meetings during the months of August through to October, although it is highly likely you will get invited to other lodges as a guest. The Royal Leopold Lodge has since become a specalist lodge. this is a iniative to bring lodges up to date and cater for members with special interests, our members interests are communications, arts music etc. with the Metropolitan communication team now members.

The first meeting in November is the Installation meeting where the new Worshipful Master is installed. The various officers are also installed at this time.

Travel to Mark Masons Hall is easy as it is near Green Park underground station on the Piccadilly Line.

There were 5 regular meetings held each year, but in November 2010 the lodge voted to reduce this to 4 regular meetings then in 2018 to 2. Meetings have now been increased to four as we became a special interest lodge.

These regular meetings are held at 4.30 pm on thursday in February, April, July and November.

After the work in the Lodge we retire to the bar and then to dinner, where the Masonic traditions are carried on. This is another opportunity to to socialise with Lodge members and guests, who come from all walks of life.

All Lodge members are encouraged to bring guests, which are made most welcome by the other Lodge members this also makes for a more congenial meeting.
